Du möchtest direkt am Entstehen unseres Festivalgeländes mitwirken? Dann bieten wir dir in unserer Eventproduction die perfekte Möglichkeit für ein Praktikum! Hier tauchst du tief in die Vorproduktion sowie den Auf- und Abbau ein, arbeitest an Dekorationsbauwerken und übernimmst eigene Teilprojekte bei einem der größten Electronic Music Festivals Europas.

Egal ob klassische Eventproduktion oder Spezialbereiche wie IT & Netzwerktechnik - bei uns blickst du nicht nur hinter die Kulissen, sondern stehst mitten auf dem Gelände und erweckst unsere Festivals zum Leben.

→ Dekoration & Bauwerke: Du greifst unserer Crew bei der Vorproduktion sowie beim Auf- und Abbau von beeindruckenden Deko-Elementen und Bauten tatkräftig unter die Arme.

→ Teilprojekt-Verantwortung: Du übernimmst die Mitgestaltung einzelner Festival-Areale oder Spezialbereiche (z. B. Comfort Camping oder IT-Infrastruktur) und bringst diese gemeinsam mit uns auf das nächste Level.

→ Koordination & Kommunikation: Du unterstützt bei der Abstimmung mit unseren Partnern sowie Lieferanten aus dem Produktionsbereich und behältst in der täglichen Kommunikation den Überblick.

→ Fuhrpark- & Keymanagement: Du übernimmst die Organisation und Ausgabe unserer Fahrzeuge auf dem Gelände (z. B. Quads, E-Scooter, Stapler) und behältst den Überblick bei den Schlüsselvergaben.

→ Aktive Mitarbeit: Statt nur zuzuschauen, bist du am Eventgelände mittendrin im Einsatz, packst selbst mit an und erlebst die Entstehung des Festivals hautnah.

→ Engagement für exzellente Leistungen: Du teilst unsere Ambitionen für erstklassige Leistungen und Produkte und behältst dabei stets deinen Sinn für Humor und die Freude an der Arbeit.
