RevoU partners with leading enterprises across Indonesia to drive AI transformation and enablement across their workforces, through learning programs in AI, digital, data, technology and leadership. We do it from the base of one of the most recognizable brands in career education in Indonesia, with one of the largest learning audiences and co-branded programs with top universities.

That brand, distribution and trust is our foundation. We are now using it to re-engineer how organizations build the capabilities they need in the age of AI.

Enterprise clients rarely come to us with a perfectly defined problem. A client may ask for an AI training, a leadership program or a specific workshop, and our job is to understand what they are trying to solve and build the solution that serves them best.

We are hiring an Enterprise Solutions & Strategy Analyst to work at the center of that process. You will research unfamiliar industries and business problems, and shape tailored learning solutions for them. You will turn those solutions into clear client stories that senior stakeholders understand quickly. After delivery, you will turn program results into insights and recommendations for the client. AI runs through how we work here, from researching an industry to structuring a storyline and checking the numbers, and you will push that further every month.

This is an entry-level role and fresh graduates are welcome. You will own meaningful parts of live enterprise projects, create work that goes directly to clients, and report directly to a senior RevoU leader. If you enjoy research, case competitions, consulting clubs, problem solving and building great presentations, this role builds many of the same muscles as an early consulting career, with direct exposure to how solutions are sold and delivered.

On pace: we move faster than most education companies, edtechs included, and we are still speeding up. You will own real outcomes in your first month, often without a complete brief, and we expect you to push us faster. If you are looking for a structured graduate program with a long ramp-up, this is not the right role for you.

What you will own:

  • Researching our clients' industries and challenges, and benchmarking what good looks like.
  • Shaping tailored learning solutions for live enterprise opportunities, from the client's underlying capability needs to program structure and delivery approach.
  • Building the storyline and the client-facing decks behind our proposals and recommendations.
  • Working with our commercial and delivery teams so each solution is compelling to the client and delivered to our standard.
  • Analyzing training data, assessments and participant feedback after delivery, and turning them into reports and recommendations for the client.
  • Building the research and deck workflows that let a small team cover a lot of ground.

📍 Please note: this is a hybrid role, that requires WFO from our Jakarta office.

✅ Requirements

Must-haves:

  • You want to build something special. You want to help organizations keep up with a world that AI is changing, and to grow quickly into one of the leading strategy and solutions professionals in Indonesia.
  • You research and structure fast. You can understand an unfamiliar industry quickly, find credible sources, and turn a messy pile of information or an ambiguous request into a clear problem, a storyline and a practical solution.
  • You build strong decks. You have excellent PowerPoint or Google Slides skills and a good eye for hierarchy, layout and charts, and you write clearly in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • You are curious about why a client chooses one solution over another.
  • You hold a high bar. A wrong number or a weak source in a client document costs us credibility, and you catch it before anyone else does.
  • AI is already how you work. You build workflows and reusable setups for research, analysis and decks, and you have a good sense of where AI helps and where it gets in the way. "I'm excited about AI" is not enough.
  • You pick up the work that nobody owns because it needs doing, and you can point to something you fixed that nobody asked you to fix.
  • High agency and fast. You make progress on a vague problem without waiting for a complete brief, and you take feedback well and improve the work quickly.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have:

  • Experience through student consulting clubs, case competitions, research projects, internships or business organizations.
  • Experience building decks or analysis for senior audiences.
