RevoU is one of the most recognizable brands in career education in Indonesia, with one of the largest learning audiences and co-branded programs with top universities. We also partner with leading enterprises across Indonesia to drive AI transformation and enablement across their workforces.

That brand, distribution and trust is our foundation. We are now using it to re-engineer how our students learn and get supported in the age of AI.

We are hiring a Program Launcher to own how our programs get launched, our own and those we run with university partners. You will play a key part in shaping the next phase of RevoU in the age of AI, and in the standard every program carrying our name is held to.

Every new cohort starts on a fixed date. You will decide what is ready and what is blocked, and you will work directly with experts, instructors and partners to keep things moving. You will see a slip early enough that it can still be fixed. AI runs through how we work here, from tracking every program to checking material against its source, and you will push that further every month. We want someone who builds the systems that run our launches.

On pace: we move faster than most education companies, edtechs included, and we are still speeding up. Our launch dates do not move. You will own real outcomes in your first month, often before every input has arrived, and we expect you to push us faster. If you are looking for a role where the brief arrives finished and the scope stays stable, this is not the right role for you.

What you will own:

  • Taking each program from first outline to launch-ready on the committed date, and through its first cohort.
  • The call on what is ready and what is blocked, and the follow-up until it clears.
  • Direct working relationships with experts, instructors and partners, including the conversations where you need to hold a line.
  • The final check on every module against its source material before it reaches students, working with the learning designers who keep each program improving after launch.
  • Leading on-site production days for pre-recorded sessions.
  • Building the tracking and checking systems that run our launches, so more of the team's time goes to judgment calls.

📍 Please note: this role requires regular in-office presence. We are looking for candidates able to work from our Jakarta office as part of a Work From Office setup, including on-site availability for production days.

✅ Requirements

Must-haves:

  • You want to build something special. You want to be part of how learning changes in the age of AI, and to build a reputation as one of the best at launching programs in Indonesia.
  • You have owned deliverables under real deadline pressure, in content or curriculum production, program or event launches, edtech, agency delivery or a similar production-heavy environment.
  • You make decisions with incomplete information, and you can explain the call to the people it affects.
  • You communicate well with experts, instructors and partners. You can hold a firm position with them and keep a relationship you will need again next month.
  • The highest standards. You notice the inconsistency or the error that everyone else read past.
  • AI is already how you work. You build workflows and trackers for the repeatable parts of your work, and you know where AI helps and where it gets in the way. "I'm excited about AI" is not enough.
  • You pick up the work that nobody owns because it needs doing, and you can point to something you fixed that nobody asked you to fix.
  • High agency and fast. You find the problem and move on it without waiting for a complete brief.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with cohort-based programs, bootcamps or university collaborations.
  • Experience reviewing or mentoring more junior colleagues, formally or informally.
  • Comfort with spreadsheets, no-code tools or code.
