RevoU is one of the most recognizable brands in career education in Indonesia, with one of the largest learning audiences and co-branded programs with top universities. We also partner with leading enterprises across Indonesia to drive AI transformation and enablement across their workforces.

That brand, distribution and trust is our foundation. We are now using it to re-engineer how our students learn and get supported in the age of AI.

We are hiring a Learning Delivery Executive to run the day-to-day delivery of our online programs, including those we run with university partners. You will make sure every cohort gives students a smooth and engaging experience from the first class to the last, working with instructors, teaching assistants, experts, our internal teams and our university partners, and acting as the day-to-day operational contact for the partners. AI runs through how we work here, from tracking each cohort to spotting where students need help, and you will push that further every month. We want someone who improves how things run and builds the workflows and automations to do it.

On pace: we move faster than most education companies, edtechs included, and we are still speeding up. You will own real outcomes in your first month, often without a complete brief, and we expect you to push us faster. If you are looking for a fixed routine and a complete playbook, this is not the right role for you.

What you will own:

  • Running the day-to-day delivery of our programs, from the first class to the last.
  • Coordinating instructors, teaching assistants, experts and internal teams so every class is delivered to a high standard.
  • Being the day-to-day operational contact for our university partners.
  • Tracking delivery outcomes and student feedback, and reporting what you find and what should change.
  • Picking up whatever gets in the way of a better student experience and fixing it.
  • Building the workflows and automations that make delivery faster and better with every cohort.

📍 Please note: this is a hybrid role, that requires WFO from our Jakarta office.

✅ Requirements

Must-haves:

  • You want to build something special. You want to help transform how learners learn and get supported in the age of AI, and to build a reputation as one of the best at running learning programs in Indonesia.
  • You have coordinated something real, such as a program, a project, an event or a partnership, with several stakeholders, tight timelines and things that went wrong along the way.
  • You build things. You have made workflows, trackers or automations that other people use, and you keep making them better.
  • AI is already how you work. You use it daily to cut repetitive work and make better decisions, and you know where it helps and where it gets in the way. "I'm excited about AI" is not enough.
  • You care about students and their success, and it shows in your decisions. You keep the student's experience in front of you, even when it would be easier to cut corners.
  • You hold a high bar. "Good enough" bothers you, and you notice the missing detail before a student does.
  • You pick up the work that nobody owns because it needs doing, and you can point to something you fixed that nobody asked you to fix.
  • You communicate clearly and build trust quickly with instructors, partners and students.
  • High agency and fast. You get things done yourself, without waiting to be told or for a complete brief.

Nice to have:

  • Experience managing cohort-based learning programs, in bootcamps, training programs or university collaborations.
  • Experience working with university administrators or corporate partners.
  • Product instincts, since you will work closely with our product team.
  • Experience in education or learning.
