Sobre a oportunidade Buscamos um(a) Especialista de SEO com perfil analítico, estratégico e orientado a resultados, que será responsável por desenvolver e executar estratégias de crescimento orgânico, aumentando a visibilidade da marca nos mecanismos de busca, atraindo tráfego qualificado e contribuindo diretamente para a geração de leads e conversões. Essa pessoa terá atuação integrada com os times de Growth, Marketing, Conteúdo, Design e Tecnologia, identificando oportunidades e transformando dados em iniciativas de crescimento.

Principais responsabilidades ● Desenvolver e executar a estratégia de SEO, alinhada aos objetivos de Marketing e Growth. ● Realizar pesquisas de palavras-chave, análise de intenção de busca e mapeamento de oportunidades. ● Planejar e otimizar conteúdos e páginas para melhorar o posicionamento orgânico. ● Conduzir auditorias de SEO técnico, identificando problemas de rastreamento, indexação, velocidade e arquitetura do site. ● Trabalhar estratégias de SEO On-page, Off-page e Link Building. ● Desenvolver recomendações de otimização para páginas institucionais, landing pages e conteúdos estratégicos. ● Monitorar concorrentes e identificar oportunidades de ganho de posicionamento. ● Analisar tráfego orgânico, comportamento dos usuários e oportunidades de conversão. ● Trabalhar em conjunto com UX/UI, Conteúdo e Tecnologia para implementar melhorias. ● Acompanhar indicadores, elaborar relatórios e apresentar planos de ação baseados em dados. ● Explorar oportunidades de SEO para mecanismos de busca tradicionais e ambientes de busca baseados em IA (GEO).

Requisitos e qualificações ● Experiência comprovada em SEO e crescimento de tráfego orgânico. ● Domínio de SEO técnico, On-page e Off-page.

● Conhecimento avançado em pesquisa de palavras-chave e análise de concorrência. ● Experiência com Google Search Console e Google Analytics 4. ● Conhecimento de ferramentas como SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog ou similares. ● Conhecimento de arquitetura de sites, HTML, indexação e rastreamento. ● Capacidade analítica para interpretar dados e transformar diagnósticos em ações. ● Experiência trabalhando em conjunto com equipes de conteúdo, design e desenvolvimento. Diferenciais ● Experiência com estratégias de SEO orientadas à geração de leads e conversão. ● Conhecimento de CRO e otimização de landing pages. ● Experiência com SEO para sites de grande volume de páginas. ● Conhecimento de dados estruturados e Core Web Vitals. ● Familiaridade com GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) e mecanismos de busca com IA. Indicadores de sucesso (KPIs) ● Crescimento de sessões e usuários orgânicos. ● Evolução do posicionamento de palavras-chave estratégicas. ● Aumento de impressões e CTR orgânico. ● Crescimento de leads e conversões provenientes de busca orgânica. ● Evolução da quantidade e qualidade de páginas indexadas. ● Ganhos de visibilidade e autoridade orgânica. Perfil que buscamos Uma pessoa proativa, organizada e orientada a resultados, que tenha autonomia para identificar oportunidades, propor soluções e executar estratégias. Buscamos alguém que vá além do posicionamento de palavras-chave, entendendo SEO como um canal estratégico de aquisição, crescimento e geração de negócios.
