A RH Grandes Talentos está selecionando um(a) Gestor(a) de Relacionamento com Clientes para uma agência de Marketing Digital especializada em tráfego pago, geração de leads e estratégias de crescimento de negócios.

A empresa possui sede no Rio de Janeiro e está em plena expansão, buscando um profissional experiente, estratégico e resolutivo para fortalecer o relacionamento com seus clientes e acompanhar a evolução dos projetos.

📌 Informações da vaga

💻 Modelo: 100% remoto (Home Office) 📍 Localização: Profissionais residentes nos estados de São Paulo ou Rio de Janeiro 💼 Contratação: Pessoa Jurídica (PJ) 💰 Remuneração: R$ 3.000 a R$ 5.000 mensais, conforme experiência 📈 Senioridade: Pleno ou Sênior ⏰ Horário: Flexível, com responsabilidade pelas entregas 🖥️ Necessário: Possuir computador próprio

🎯 Principais responsabilidades Gerenciar o relacionamento com a carteira de clientes da agência, garantindo um atendimento próximo, consultivo e estratégico. Atuar como principal ponto de contato entre os clientes e as equipes internas de marketing e operações. Organizar, acompanhar e priorizar demandas, prazos e entregas. Conduzir reuniões periódicas de alinhamento, acompanhamento e apresentação de resultados. Garantir uma experiência positiva aos clientes, identificando necessidades e antecipando possíveis problemas. Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho dos projetos e comunicar os resultados de maneira clara e objetiva. Monitorar a satisfação dos clientes, contribuindo para a fidelização e retenção. Identificar oportunidades de melhorias e expansão dos serviços contratados. Documentar reuniões, solicitações, decisões e planos de ação. Contribuir para a organização e melhoria dos processos internos de atendimento e relacionamento.

✅ Requisitos Experiência anterior em agências de Marketing Digital, performance ou tráfego pago. Vivência em gestão de relacionamento com clientes, atendimento estratégico, gestão de contas ou Customer Success. Conhecimento sobre marketing digital, campanhas de tráfego pago, geração de leads e funil de vendas. Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita. Organização e habilidade para administrar diferentes clientes e demandas simultaneamente. Capacidade de conduzir reuniões, alinhar expectativas e resolver conflitos. Perfil proativo, consultivo, analítico e orientado a resultados. Familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM e gestão de projetos. Autonomia, responsabilidade e facilidade para trabalhar remotamente. Possuir computador próprio e estrutura adequada para Home Office.

⭐ Diferenciais Conhecimento das plataformas RD Station (Marketing, CRM e Conversas). Familiaridade com Nuvemshop. Experiência com Trello, ClickUp, Asana ou ferramentas similares. Conhecimento de indicadores de relacionamento e retenção, como NPS, CSAT, churn e LTV. Experiência na estruturação ou melhoria de processos de atendimento em agências. 🌟 O que a oportunidade oferece?
