Le groupe Auvergnat BACACIER est devenu en moins de 20 ans le leader français de l'habillage métallique du bâtiment. En évolution constante, le groupe compte aujourd’hui 600 salariés répartis sur une vingtaine d’implantations en France et poursuit son développement avec de nouveaux projets industriels et de croissance. Le rachat par le groupe irlandais KINGSPAN en 2019 confère à l’entreprise une dimension internationale.

Dans le cadre d’un remplacement, nous recherchons un(e) :

Administrateur Support Applicatif H/F

Basé à Riom, Puy de Dôme (63)

Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes

Rattaché(e) au responsable pôle applicatif vous assurez le bon fonctionnement et l’évolution des applications métiers de l’entreprise, notamment les ERP, CRM et Intranet, dans le respect des processus et des règles définis par la Direction IT.

Vous assurez le support des utilisateurs, prenez en charge les incidents et anomalies applicatives et recherchez les solutions adaptées. Vous intervenez également sur le paramétrage et l’adaptation des applications afin de répondre aux besoins des différents services.

Vous gérez les profils utilisateurs ainsi que les droits d’accès aux applications et participez aux tests, à la maintenance et aux évolutions des outils.

Vous contribuez également à la documentation des applications, à la formation et à l’accompagnement des utilisateurs. Vous êtes amené(e) à suivre les demandes via le Service Desk et à assurer le lien avec les équipes ou prestataires concernés lorsque cela est nécessaire.

Polyvalent(e), vous êtes capable de gérer plusieurs sujets simultanément, de prioriser vos interventions et de solliciter les interlocuteurs appropriés lorsque la situation le nécessite. Une fois le poste maîtrisé, vous êtes amené(e) à gagner progressivement en autonomie sur différents sujets.

De formation informatique Bac+2 minimum, vous disposez d’une première expérience d’au moins 2 ans dans un environnement informatique.

Vous disposez impérativement de connaissances en PHP et SQL ainsi que d’une bonne compréhension des environnements ERP et CRM. Une connaissance des API ou des systèmes intégrés constitue un atout.

Curieux(se), motivé(e) et doté(e) d’un esprit analytique, vous appréciez les environnements polyvalents et les projets liés au développement informatique. Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre autonomie et votre capacité à communiquer avec différents interlocuteurs.

Vous savez respecter les processus, prendre des décisions dans votre périmètre et faire preuve de réactivité face aux sollicitations des utilisateurs.

La connaissance de l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral, est un atout. Des déplacements ponctuels, peuvent être à prévoir.
