Nous recherchons aujourd’hui un(e) :

Responsable Comptable et Paies (H/F)

Poste basé à Cournon d’Auvergne (63)

(Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes)

Rattaché(e) à la Direction Générale, vous prenez en charge la gestion complète de la comptabilité de notre organisation.

Vous préparez l’ensemble des éléments permettant la réalisation des bilans et des comptes par l’expert-comptable.

Vous assurez également la paie dans les règles fiscales et sociales et centralisez via le logiciel SILAE, les congés payés afin d’établir les bulletins de paie.

Vous mettez en œuvre et suivez une comptabilité analytique de nos différentes activités.

Expert(e) dans votre domaine, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre autonomie et votre rigueur. Vous faites preuve de polyvalence et d’une bonne capacité à communiquer, tant en interne qu’en externe. Vous êtes un poste clé pour l’entreprise.

Issu(e) d’une formation supérieure en comptabilité Gestion de niveau Bac +4/5, vous justifiez d’une expérience réussie en tant que Responsable Comptable d’au moins 5 ans.

Vous maitrisez idéalement le logiciel SAGE Compta et le logiciel SILAE pour la paye.

Présent depuis plus de 50 ans au service des entreprises de la région, le Pôle Formation Auvergne est ainsi l'outil de conseil et de formation de la Métallurgie mais plus largement des entreprises industrielles au travers de l’AFPI Auvergne et du CFAI d’Auvergne.

Sa mission principale : proposer un service global de conseil et de formation pour répondre aux besoins des industries et donc à l'employabilité dans la région.

L'ensemble de ces processus est assuré par des professionnels inspirés par une vision patronale de la gestion des ressources humaines afin d’accompagner la compétitivité des entreprises au travers des compétences des hommes et des femmes qui les composent.

Le Centre de Thiers occupe une place singulière dans notre organisation : il est reconnu comme le centre national de référence pour la formation aux métiers de la coutellerie. Sa mission centrale est la formation par apprentissage au CAP Coutellerie, en lien étroit avec les entreprises coutelières de Thiers et de toute la France.
