Notre client, la société AER EAU CONTROL, est spécialisée dans les travaux de montage et la maintenance de gaines de ventilation dans le secteur industriel, le bâtiment et la restauration. Dans un contexte de croissance, elle renforce ses équipes et recherche un.e :

Chargé d'Affaires Travaux Ventilation Maintenance (H/F).

Véritable bras droit opérationnel du Directeur Général, vous prenez en charge le pilotage des affaires dès la signature des contrats, jusqu'à la facturation et au SAV.

Vos missions

Responsable de la bonne exécution et de la rentabilité de vos chantiers, vous intervenez sur l'ensemble de leur cycle de réalisation :

  • Préparation et organisation : analyse des dossiers, planification des travaux, définition des moyens humains et matériels.
  • Pilotage des chantiers : coordination des interventions, suivi technique, respect des délais, de la qualité et de la sécurité.
  • Management des équipes : organisation des plannings, répartition des tâches et accompagnement des équipes terrain.
  • Gestion financière : suivi des budgets, maîtrise des coûts, optimisation des marges et préparation de la facturation.
  • Relation clients : suivi des affaires, gestion des aléas, réception des travaux et coordination du SAV.

En lien direct avec le dirigeant, vous êtes force de proposition pour améliorer l'organisation et la performance des chantiers.

Votre profil

Issu d'une formation technique, vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie en conduite de travaux ou gestion d'affaires dans les métiers du CVC, de la ventilation ou des installations techniques du bâtiment.

Vous possédez une bonne connaissance des environnements de chantier et savez coordonner des équipes tout en maîtrisant les enjeux techniques et financiers.

Au-delà de vos compétences, nous recherchons une personnalité de terrain, autonome, rigoureuse, réactive et dotée d'un véritable sens des responsabilités.

Votre capacité à anticiper, décider et fédérer les équipes fera la différence.
