Son site de Beaune rassemble près de 140 collaborateurs autour d'un outil industriel associant fabrication de carton ondulé et transformation en emballages sur mesure.

Porté par une belle dynamique commerciale, le site nourrit aujourd'hui de fortes ambitions industrielles : accroître ses capacités de production, développer des produits à forte valeur ajoutée et franchir un nouveau cap de performance.

Le poste

Véritable bras droit du Directeur d'Exploitation et membre du Comité de Direction, vous prenez la responsabilité de la Production, de la Maintenance et de l’amélioration continue du site.

Votre défi ? Révéler tout le potentiel industriel et humain d'un site en pleine dynamique de développement.

Dirigeant opérationnel, vous pilotez la performance industrielle avec exigence, en veillant à la sécurité, à la qualité et au respect des engagements clients. Vous anticipez les charges, optimisez les capacités de production et renforcez la fiabilité des équipements, dans une logique d’amélioration continue.

Parce que la réussite est avant tout collective, vous faites grandir vos managers, stimulez leur esprit d'initiative et leur capacité à agir. Vous insufflez une dynamique de responsabilité partagée, où chacun s'engage, coopère et contribue pleinement aux objectifs communs.

Enfin, vous préparez l'avenir en participant activement aux projets industriels et aux investissements qui accompagneront la montée en puissance de l'usine.

De formation supérieure industrielle, de type Ingénieur ou équivalent, vous justifiez d'une expérience significative à la tête d'équipes de Production, idéalement dans une industrie réactive et travaillant à façon.

Très averti aux enjeux de production et de maintenance, vous possédez une solide culture de la performance industrielle. Analytique et pragmatique, vous savez confronter les chiffres aux réalités du terrain pour agir avec discernement.

Manager de managers, vous savez conjuguer exigence et confiance, challenger sans déstabiliser et responsabiliser sans vous désengager. Votre leadership repose sur votre crédibilité, votre exemplarité et votre capacité à fédérer. Courageux dans vos décisions, humble dans votre approche, vous cultivez le sens du collectif et faites de la réussite partagée une priorité.
