What You Can Expect:

- Planificación y gestión de proyectos: responsabilidad de la planificación, coordinación y ejecución completas de los proyectos de TI, desde su inicio hasta su finalización.

- Definición de objetivos: definir con claridad los objetivos, hitos, presupuestos y recursos del proyecto, en colaboración con las partes interesadas.

- Gestión de riesgos: identificar, evaluar y minimizar los riesgos del proyecto, así como desarrollar planes de contingencia.

- Métodos ágiles y tradicionales: aplicar metodologías de gestión de proyectos (p. ej., Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) en función de los requisitos de cada proyecto.

- Liderazgo de equipos interdisciplinares: coordinar equipos de desarrolladores, diseñadores, evaluadores, etc., garantizando una colaboración eficiente.

- Comunicación con las partes interesadas: informar periódicamente a clientes, dirección y miembros del equipo sobre el progreso del proyecto, los retos y las soluciones.

- Control de calidad: supervisar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, los plazos y los objetivos presupuestarios.

- Documentación: crear y mantener la documentación del proyecto (p. ej., especificaciones de requisitos, especificaciones funcionales, informes de estado).

What You Bring:

- Formación: grado o máster en Informática (de Negocios), Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas o titulación equivalente.

- Experiencia profesional: mínimo de 1-2 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos de TI. Se valorará un historial demostrable de éxito en la dirección de proyectos complejos.

- Conocimientos metodológicos: conocimiento profundo de los estándares de gestión de proyectos (p. ej., PRINCE2, PMI/PMP) y de marcos ágiles (p. ej., Scrum, SAFe).

- Conocimientos técnicos: nociones básicas de infraestructuras de TI, desarrollo de software e integración de sistemas.

- Herramientas: experiencia con herramientas de gestión de proyectos, especialmente Jira.

- Capacidad analítica: habilidad para analizar métricas de proyecto (KPI) y derivar las acciones adecuadas.

- Habilidades de comunicación: gran capacidad para transmitir cuestiones complejas con claridad, tanto a perfiles técnicos como no técnicos.

- Idiomas: Inglés: nivel alto, escrito y hablado (imprescindible). Alemán: se valorará positivamente.
