What You Can Expect:

  • Du übernimmst die Leitung, das Coaching und die Weiterentwicklung eines rund 8-köpfigen Customer-Service-Teams und gestaltest dabei aktiv eine leistungsstarke Servicekultur.
  • Zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Servicequalität etablierst und überwachst Du relevante KPIs wie Reaktionszeiten und Kundenzufriedenheit.
  • Die Entwicklung und Umsetzung zukunftsorientierter Service-Strategien gehört ebenso zu Deinem Verantwortungsbereich, mit dem Ziel, die Kundenzufriedenheit und -bindung nachhaltig zu steigern.
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Bereichen wie Vertrieb und Lager sorgst Du für reibungslose Abläufe und treibst die kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen und Schnittstellen voran.
  • Auch die Bearbeitung komplexer Kundenanliegen und Eskalationen liegt in Deinem Aufgabenbereich, aus denen Du gezielte Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ableitest.

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams im Kundenservice zeichnet Dich aus, ergänzt durch fundierte Kenntnisse in Coaching und Performance-Management.
  • Eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein souveräner und lösungsorientierter Umgang mit Kunden, Mitarbeitenden und herausfordernden Situationen gehören zu Deinen Stärken.
  • Analytisches und strategisches Denken ermöglicht es Dir, KPIs sicher zu interpretieren und fundierte, datenbasierte Entscheidungen zu treffen.
  • Darüber hinaus bringst Du Erfahrung in der Optimierung von Prozessen sowie eine strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise im Umgang mit Ressourcen und Workflows mit.
  • Der sichere Umgang mit gängigen IT-Systemen wie TMS- oder Ticketing-Tools ist für Dich selbstverständlich, ebenso wie Deine Offenheit für digitale Innovationen.
