Buscamos Consultora de Vendas para atuar em loja localizada no Shopping Iguatemi Alphaville, representando uma marca focada em experiência premium e relacionamento de longo prazo com clientes. Você será peça-chave para garantir um atendimento consultivo, encantando o cliente em cada contato e contribuindo diretamente para os resultados da operação.

  • Realizar atendimento consultivo presencial, entendendo necessidades e perfil do cliente.
  • Apresentar portfólio de produtos e serviços, realizando demonstrações quando necessário.
  • Negociar condições comerciais até o fechamento das vendas.
  • Organizar o quiosque, vitrines e materiais de apoio à venda.
  • Registrar atendimentos e vendas em sistema, garantindo dados atualizados.
  • Acompanhar metas diárias, semanais e mensais, propondo ações para atingi-las.
  • Atuar em sinergia com o time, mantendo padrão de atendimento e imagem da marca.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia em vendas presenciais no varejo (produtos e/ou serviços).
  • Vivência com atendimento consultivo e foco em metas.
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em escala 6x1 das 12h as 20h
  • Boa comunicação verbal, postura profissional e organização.
  • Conhecimentos básicos de informática e uso de sistemas de vendas/caixa.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência em lojas de shopping, moda casa, cozinha de luxo, gastronomia em geral, eletrodomésticos ou serviços premium.
  • Histórico comprovado de superação de metas e ticket médio elevado.
  • Noções de CRM, fidelização de clientes e técnicas de venda com conhecimento em indicadores comerciais de varejo.
  • Facilidade para trabalhar com redes sociais e atendimento ao cliente via canais digitais.

Benefícios: Ajuda de custo pago em dinheiro para transporte e alimentação no valor de R$ 850,00 a/m.
