Esta é uma oportunidade para atuar como Subgerente numa loja de alto fluxo no Shopping Ibirapuera, apoiando a direção e equipe em busca de impulsionar os resultados e garantir o bom funcionamento da loja.

Buscamos um perfil hands-on, organizado e orientado a metas, para garantir a excelência na operação e na experiência do cliente. Você será peça-chave na rotina da loja e no desenvolvimento da equipe.

  • Apoiar a direção na gestão da equipe e da operação diária.
  • Acompanhar os indicadores de vendas, conversão e ticket médio.
  • Garantir padrão de atendimento e experiência do cliente.
  • Organizar escala, abertura e fechamento de loja/caixa.
  • Apoiar na gestão de estoque, inventários e reposição.
  • Assegurar cumprimento de normas, processos e políticas internas.
  • Atuar no treinamento e integração de novos colaboradores.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia como subgerente, líder, Vendedora Responsável, Encarregada de loja de varejo.
  • Vivência em shopping center e rotina de alto fluxo.
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em escala de shopping (escala 5x2 do 12:45h as 22h).
  • Habilidade em gestão de pessoas, feedback e organização de equipe

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência em moda, acessórios ou segmentos similares
  • Atuação anterior em grandes redes de auto atendimento (fast fashion).
  • Conhecimento em técnicas de visual merchandising.
  • Familiaridade com sistemas de PDV e controles de estoque.
