Mission

Pour contribuer à la transformation et l’évolution des équipes Logistiques au travers de notre réseau mondial de distribution, vous serez un élément clé dans l’évolution de notre modèle de travail.

De nos entrepôts à nos back-offices administratifs, jusqu'aux services supports (Projets & Amélioration Continue), vous contribuerez activement à la modernisation de nos processus opérationnels.

Dans ce cadre vos missions seront :

  • Clarifier et rédiger les expressions de besoins métiers. Vous identifiez les attentes et définissez avec nos équipes logistiques les indicateurs de succès/échec à travers l'animation d'ateliers et d'interviews.
  • Modéliser et spécifier les besoins fonctionnels
  • Participer et/ou concevoir les solutions selon leur complexité
  • Valider et tester la solution pour s’assurer de leur bonne adhérence au besoin exprimé
  • Rédiger la documentation pour l’utilisation des applications dans les processus de demain.
  • Accompagner les utilisateurs lors du démarrage des applications incluant la remontée des prochaines améliorations continues.
  • Partager les avancées et les sujets d’évolutions avec les équipes logistiques transversales.

Profil recherché

  • Vous disposez d’une formation Bachelor ou Master
  • Vous disposez d’un parcours dans le milieux industriels (idéalement en logistique ou supply chain)
  • Vous pouvez dialoguer avec des Product owners et des Consultants fonctionnels. Vous comprenez les enjeux de la digitalisation/automatisation. Vous avez eu une formation, une expérience ou vous êtes juste passionné du digital.
  • Vous êtes curieux et vous voulez apprendre de nouvelles choses. Vous posez des questions afin de comprendre exactement ce qui est attendu par les demandeurs.
  • vous proposez des façons différentes de faire. Vous ne craignez pas de remettre en cause l’existant. Vous êtes pragmatique et vous aimez faire avancer les choses tout en intégrant l’ensemble des parties prenantes.
  • Vous disposez d’une essence à l’oral. Vous pouvez rassembler et fédérer des interlocuteurs métier.
  • Vous parlez couramment le français et vous êtes à l’aise en anglais.
