QU’ATTENDONS-NOUS DE VOUS ?

En tant que Stagiaire HR Data Analyst, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la transformation de nos données RH en leviers stratégiques. Vos principales responsabilités incluront :

  • Établissement de l'Index Egalité Homme/Femme et le Bilan Social : Vous participerez activement à la collecte, à l'analyse et à la synthèse des données sociales de l'entreprise. Votre contribution sera essentielle pour l'élaboration de l'Index et le Bilan, un document stratégique reflétant la performance sociale de Richemont. Vous veillerez à la fiabilité des données et à la conformité réglementaire.
  • Création de Reporting et Dashboards RH : Vous concevrez, développerez et maintiendrez des reportings et des tableaux de bord RH interactifs et visuellement impactants. À partir de nos systèmes d'information RH, vous identifierez les indicateurs clés de performance (KPIs) pertinents pour nos équipes RH et nos managers.
  • Analyse de Données RH : Vous réaliserez des études ad-hoc pour répondre à des problématiques spécifiques. Vous transformerez des données brutes en insights actionnables, en utilisant des outils d'analyse et de visualisation.

CORRESPONDEZ-VOUS AU PROFIL ?

  • Formation : Vous êtes étudiant(e) en Master (Bac+4/5) en Data Science, Statistiques, Informatique Décisionnelle, Ressources Humaines avec une spécialisation en data, ou équivalent.
  • Compétences Techniques :Excellente maîtrise d'Excel (fonctions avancées, tableaux croisés dynamiques). Familiarité avec des outils de visualisation de données (ex: Visier, Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio) est un atout majeur. Une connaissance des systèmes d'information RH (SIRH) est un plus (Workday, SAP HR)
  • Qualités Personnelles :Esprit Analytique et Rigueur : Vous aimez manipuler les chiffres, identifier des corrélations et présenter des conclusions claires et précises. Curiosité et Proactivité : Vous êtes autonome, force de proposition et avez une soif d'apprendre constante. Communication : Vous savez vulgariser des données complexes et présenter vos analyses de manière compréhensible et percutante. Sens de la Confidentialité : Vous êtes conscient(e) de l'importance de la discrétion et de la protection des données personnelles. Intérêt pour les RH : Vous êtes motivé(e) par les enjeux humains et la contribution de la data à leur optimisation.
  • Langues : Un bon niveau de français et d'anglais est requis, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
