Zakres usługi

  • Pełnienie roli Tech Leada w zespole Scrumowym – wyznaczanie kierunku technologicznego i wspieranie developerów.
  • Aktywne programowanie w Java – około 75% czasu pracy.
  • Projektowanie, rozwój i doskonalenie architektury systemów oraz mikroserwisów.
  • Współpraca z Product Ownerem i biznesem przy analizie wymagań i projektowaniu rozwiązań technicznych.
  • Ustalanie i egzekwowanie standardów kodowania, architektury oraz integracji.
  • Prowadzenie code review i dbanie o wysoką jakość kodu.
  • Mentoring oraz rozwój kompetencji technicznych zespołu.
  • Projektowanie integracji systemów i API oraz rozwiązywanie złożonych problemów technicznych.
  • Dbanie o wydajność, bezpieczeństwo, skalowalność i obserwowalność systemów.
  • Współpraca z innymi zespołami, architektami i obszarem DevOps.
  • Udział w decyzjach technologicznych oraz ocenie ryzyk projektowych.
  • Wykorzystywanie rozwiązań chmurowych oraz narzędzi AI wspierających proces wytwarzania oprogramowania.

Wymagania

  • Bardzo dobra, poparta doświadczeniem produkcyjnym znajomość Java oraz gotowość do aktywnego kodowania.
  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w projektowaniu i budowie systemów webowych.
  • Doświadczenie w projektowaniu architektury mikroserwisowej i systemów rozproszonych.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość wzorców architektonicznych i integracyjnych.
  • Praktyczna znajomość projektowania API, integracji systemów oraz podejścia DDD (Domain-Driven Design).
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z relacyjnymi bazami danych, SQL i optymalizacją zapytań.
  • Znajomość Event-Driven Architecture oraz zagadnień observability na poziomie end-to-end.
  • Doświadczenie w code review, mentoringu i prowadzeniu technicznym zespołu.
  • Umiejętność współpracy między zespołami oraz podejmowania decyzji technologicznych.
  • Znajomość Dockera i Kubernetes.
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie minimum B2.
  • Gotowość do pracy z biura w Warszawie 3 dni w tygodniu.

Mile widziane

  • Praktyczna znajomość chmury, preferencyjnie Microsoft Azure.
  • Znajomość CI/CD i praktyk DevOps.
  • Doświadczenie w wykorzystywaniu AI lub Agentic AI w procesie developmentu (SDLC), np. do automatyzacji zadań, zwiększania produktywności czy wspierania decyzji architektonicznych.
