Sous la responsabilité du responsable de boutique, vous serez chargé(e) de :

  • Accueillir et accompagner les clients dès leur arrivée, en offrant un service personnalisé et attentif.
  • Prendre les commandes et assurer le service à table.
  • Fidéliser la clientèle en garantissant un service de qualité et en répondant à leurs attentes.
  • Appliquer les procédures d'hygiène et de service de manière rigoureuse, en respectant les standards de l'établissement.
  • Participer à la mise en place des produits dans les vitrines, en respectant une présentation soignée
  • Assurer le réassort
  • Préparer et servir une variété de boissons à base de café (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) selon les standards de qualité de l'établissement
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe pour assurer un service rapide et efficace.

La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable.
