Au sein de Ritz Paris Le Comptoir, vous êtes au cœur de la vie de la boutique et de l’expérience proposée à nos clients. Aux côtés des équipes, vous veillez chaque jour à la qualité du service, à la fluidité des opérations et au respect des standards de la Maison.

Dans le cadre de son développement, nous recrutons un(e) Responsable de boutique.

Vos missions :

  • Fédérer et accompagner les équipes au quotidien.
  • Piloter l’activité et la performance de la boutique.
  • Veiller à la qualité de l’accueil, du service et de l’expérience client.
  • Gérer les stocks, les commandes et les flux financiers.
  • Garantir le respect des standards de qualité de notre maison, ainsi que les normes d’hygiène et de sécurité.
  • Être dans une démarche d’amélioration continue avec l’ensemble des managers et de la Direction.

Votre profil :

  • Vous disposez d’une expérience confirmée en management de boutique, idéalement dans l’univers de la pâtisserie, de la gastronomie ou du luxe.
  • Vous maîtrisez la gestion d’équipe, le suivi des stocks et des indicateurs de performance.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils de caisse et de commande et disposez d’un bon niveau d’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
  • Votre sens du service, votre rigueur, votre élégance relationnelle et votre attention au détail vous permettent d’incarner les exigences de la Maison au quotidien.

  • Poste basé à Paris
  • Boutique ouverte le week-end. Planning établi selon les besoins de l’activité.
  • Rémunération : fixe + variable sur objectifs et primes mensuelles.
