En tant que stagiaire, sous la responsabilité du chef de partie, vous serez chargé(e) de :

  • Participer à la production des crèmes, insert, mousse, viennoiserie
  • Contribuer à la réalisation des créations en chocolat
  • Utiliser et optimiser le matériels, équipement et méthodes de travail
  • Garantir la conformité des recettes
  • Respecter les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité, notamment la chaîne du froid et de traçabilité
  • Limiter les pertes
