  • High attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to a range of audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Insurance, reinsurance, or financial services industry experience preferred but not required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Gather, validate, and analyze financial and operational data to support accurate reporting and business analysis.
  • Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, reports, and recurring reporting packages.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting, including schedules, data review, and close-related analysis.
  • Prepare forecasts, budgets, variance analyses, management reporting, and ad hoc financial analyses.
  • Analyze results, trends, risks, opportunities, expenses, portfolio activity, and key business drivers.
  • Work with Finance, Claims, and business teams to gather information and provide decision-support analysis.
  • Prepare summaries, presentations, and supporting materials to communicate findings and recommendations.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.
