Die Rolle – deine Leidenschaft

Deine Aufgaben als Standortleitung bei roadsurfer

- Standortentwicklung: Gemeinsam mit den zentralen Fachabteilungen und deinem Team baust du eigenverantwortlich unseren Standort auf und sicherst den reibungslosen Ablauf des Tagesgeschäfts.

- Prozessoptimierung: Du unterstützt die Umsetzung und Anpassung bestehender Standards und bringst aktiv eigene Ideen zur Verbesserung ein, z. B. bei der Koordination von Fahrzeugübergaben und -rücknahmen.

- Internationale Zusammenarbeit: Du stehst in regelmäßigem Austausch mit roadsurfer-Teams in anderen Ländern und trägst zur stetigen Verbesserung unserer Prozesse bei.

- Teamführung: Als Teamleiter/in förderst du dein Team durch strukturiertes Onboarding, gezielte Aufgabenplanung und regelmäßige Feedbacks. Gemeinsam sorgt ihr für eine hohe Qualität unserer Services.

- Eigenverantwortliches Recruiting: Du übernimmst den Aufbau deines Teams und findest die richtigen Talente, die deine Begeisterung für roadsurfer teilen.

- Flottenmanagement: Du behältst den Überblick über unsere Fahrzeugflotte am Standort, sorgst für deren einwandfreien Zustand und stimmst dich eng mit lokalen Servicepartnern ab.

- Kundenberatung: Als Experte für unsere Produkte – myroadsurfer, abo, spots und rent – stehst du Kunden beratend zur Seite und schickst sie als happy roadsurfer auf die Straßen Europas.

Was du brauchst, um mit uns auf einer Welle zu surfen

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium in einem relevanten Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

- Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in den Bereichen Autovermietung, Tourismus oder verwandten Feldern; wir freuen uns auch über Quereinsteiger.

- Erste Erfahrung in der Teamführung ist von Vorteil – wichtig sind uns vor allem Empathie und eine unterstützende Führungshaltung.

- Eine ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie Freude an einer offenen und freundlichen Kommunikation

- Hands-on-Mentalität und Lust auf eine abwechslungsreiche Rolle, in der du auch pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert agierst

- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

- Führerschein Klasse B

Dein Gehalt

Wir ❤️ Transparenz. Das Gehaltsband für diese Position liegt zwischen 37.000 EUR und 45.000 EUR brutto jährlich. Wir führen aktuell Gehaltsbänder in unseren Stellenbeschreibungen ein, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Mitarbeitenden fair behandelt werden. Sobald wir uns im Bewerbungsprozess besser kennenlernen und deine Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen noch genauer einschätzen können, finden wir gemeinsam heraus, welche Stufe innerhalb des Gehaltsbands am besten zu dir passt. In einem jährlichen Feedbackgespräch wird dein Gehalt mindestens einmal im Jahr überprüft.
