Voor een stabiele en groeiende onderneming binnen de dienstverlenende sector te Groot-Bijgaarden, zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Payroll Officer. Je staat in voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van de personeels- en loonadministratie en bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers met vragen rond payroll, sociale wetgeving en HR-processen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Payroll Officer:

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van de loon- en personeelsadministratie (PC 111).
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers inzake payroll, sociale wetgeving en HR-gerelateerde vragen.
  • Correct beheren en actualiseren van personeelsdossiers.
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van sociaal-juridische dossiers zoals ziekte, arbeidsongevallen, tijdskrediet, ouderschapsverlof en opleidingsverlof.
  • Waken over een correcte toepassing van de sociale wetgeving en interne HR-procedures.
  • Samenwerken met interne stakeholders en externe partners voor een vlotte HR-administratie.

Profiel als Payroll Officer:

  • Bachelor of Graduaat in Human Resources of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring binnen loon- en personeelsadministratie.
  • Uitgebreide kennis van sociale wetgeving.
  • Ervaring binnen een technische, industriële of dienstverlenende omgeving is een pluspunt.
  • Goede kennis van MS Office, met sterke vaardigheden in Excel.
  • Nauwkeurig, discreet en organisatorisch sterk.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
