The Position

En tant que Technical Service Manager, ll/elle est responsable de la qualité du service produit par son équipe et de l’amélioration continue des processus qu’il/elle supervise. VACC leader, il/elle sait partager et engager autour d’une vision stratégique, et structurer les activités de manière efficace et collaborative. En tant que coach, il/elle accompagne le développement de son équipe.

Roles and responsibilities

- Multiplicateur de la culture agile, il met en place dans son équipe un cadre d’autonomie croissante et crée les conditions d’une décision déléguée efficace; il/elle recrute les talents dont l’organisation a besoin, anticipe sur les nouvelles compétences grâce à sa veille des évolutions du marché, et enfin, il incarne les Leadership commitments.

- De manière opérationnelle, il/elle participe à l’implémentation des projets au sein du service. Il/elle pilote les activités de ses équipes et assure l’amélioration continue des processus de son activité. Il œuvre notamment à l’amélioration de la gestion de la connaissance liée à son activité, l’harmonisation des pratiques et à l’amélioration de l’onboarding et du développement des équipes.

- Il/elle met en place les conditions facilitant une automatisation croissante de l’activité, et les plans d’accompagnement au changement vers ces évolutions technologiques.

- Il/elle est garant de la bonne répartition territoriale des métiers en soutien à l’évolution de notre base clients et de ses besoins.

- Il/elle garantit le respect des règles de conformité au sein de son équipe.

Garantir le respect des normes et des règles - Connaître les règles et procédures QSE qui impactent son activité

- Relayer l’information en termes de Qualité, Sécurité, Hygiène et Environnement et donne l’alerte en cas de manquement

- S’assurer de la bonne application des directives et instructions dans son périmètre de travail

- Contribuer à la conformité du Ministère aux exigences de la norme ISO 13485

- Soutenir le système de management de la qualité (SMQ) conformément aux normes ISO 13485

- Collaborer avec l’équipe qualité pour s’assurer que les processus répondent aux exigences réglementaire

- Promouvoir une culture de la qualité et de l’amélioration continue au sein du service

- Familiarité avec la norme ISO 13485 et les principes mQMS

- Assurer la conformité (qualité et réglementaire) à leur propre champ d’application et à celui des services.

- Veiller à ce qu’une sensibilisation et une formation suffisantes soient attribuées et récupérables lorsque le personnel exécute ses tâches.

- Mesurer le niveau de conformité et les domaines de responsabilité par des indicateurs et des KPI efficaces

- Contribuer aux éléments obligatoires du QMS (par exemple, la revue de direction et les audits), aux connaissances, aux informations et aux ressources

Qui Vous Etes

-Bac + 3 minimum à dominante technique (électronique, hydraulique, mécanique, électrique, automatisme et informatique) ou expérience équivalente.-Une expérience significative de management d’équipe est un plus.
