Estamos buscando un increíble Gerente de Administración de Barrio Privado para unirse al equipo de nuestro cliente.

Nuestro cliente es una empresa dedicada exclusivamente a la administración de urbanizaciones privadas. Su equipo está integrado por profesionales con una sólida trayectoria en la gestión de proyectos residenciales, lo que les permite brindar un servicio de alta calidad, confianza y profesionalismo.

Nuestro cliente concibe su propuesta como un nuevo concepto en la gestión y administración integral de consorcios orientado a barrios cerrados, clubes de campo y countries. Para ello, desarrolla herramientas de gestión que facilitan el trabajo en equipo, garantizan la transparencia y mejoran la productividad.

SOBRE EL BARRIO:

Es una urbanización consolidada que cuenta con aproximadamente 700 a 800 unidades funcionales entre casas y dormis, además de un sector comercial propio, infraestructura específica como planta de tratamiento y un área de amarras náuticas. Su complejidad operativa requiere una gestión integral, capacidad de coordinación y una fuerte orientación al servicio hacia propietarios y residentes.

EL DESAFÍO:

La posición tendrá la responsabilidad de liderar la gestión administrativa y operativa del barrio, actuando como referente principal ante el equipo interno, proveedores y la comisión directiva. Buscamos una persona con visión global, capaz de integrar áreas, generar procesos, tomar decisiones y consolidar equipos de trabajo bajo una conducción clara y cercana.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar la administración integral del barrio, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento de todas las áreas.
  • Coordinar y supervisar un equipo de aproximadamente 25 colaboradores.
  • Gestionar directamente al Jefe de Mantenimiento, acompañando la planificación y ejecución de las tareas operativas.
  • Coordinar al equipo administrativo, conformado por personal de atención a propietarios, imputación de pagos y soporte administrativo-contable.
  • Realizar seguimiento y resolución de reclamos de propietarios, garantizando tiempos de respuesta adecuados.
  • Supervisar la gestión de infracciones y el cumplimiento del reglamento interno.
  • Asegurar el correcto uso y seguimiento del sistema de gestión Octavo Piso.
  • Monitorear circuitos de facturación, carga administrativa, imputaciones y coordinación con estudios o asesores externos cuando corresponda.
  • Presentar propuestas de mejora y brindar definiciones sobre situaciones operativas que requieran criterio y toma de decisión.
  • Generar indicadores, controles y procesos que aporten previsibilidad y transparencia a la gestión.
  • Fortalecer la cohesión del equipo de trabajo, promoviendo una cultura colaborativa y orientada a resultados.
  • Mantener una relación fluida con autoridades del barrio, propietarios y distintos actores involucrados en la operación.

Requerimientos

  • Experiencia comprobable liderando la administración integral de barrios privados, countries o clubes de campo.
  • Experiencia previa coordinando equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Conocimiento de procesos administrativos, operativos y de atención a propietarios.
  • Manejo de herramientas de gestión; se valorará especialmente experiencia con Octavo Piso.
  • Capacidad para tomar decisiones, establecer prioridades y resolver conflictos.
  • Perfil con fuerte presencia, habilidades interpersonales y capacidad para generar orden y alineamiento dentro de los equipos.
  • Orientación al servicio, autonomía y visión estratégica.
