Area Sales Manager (m/w/d) für Akustiklösungen

Region Großraum Berlin, Brandenburg, Magdeburg und Mecklenburg-Vorpommern

Was Sie tun werden:

Vertriebsverantwortung:

  • Ganzheitliche Betreuung von Bauherren, Architekten, Akustikern, Verarbeitern und Baustoffhändlern – von der ersten Beratung bis zur erfolgreichen Projektumsetzung
  • Sie überwachen Submissionstermine und stellen sicher, dass Ausschreibungen gezielt mit unseren Produkten umgesetzt werden
  • Durchführung akustischer Messungen und Prognoseberechnungen
  • Analyse von Markt- und Kundeninformationen
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung nach geltenden Richtlinien und aktiver Beitrag zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Kundenzufriedenheit

Projekte & Schulungen:

  • Objektakquise und die Generierung von Ausschreibungen
  • Management und Koordination von Projekten
  • Konzeption und Durchführung praxisnaher Seminare und Schulungen

Was Sie mitbringen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Projektvertrieb in der Baubranche z.B. im Außendienst sowie Branchenkenntnisse und Baustellenerfahrung
  • Idealerweise bauphysikalische und baukonstruktive Kenntnisse
  • Teamfähigkeit und das Verständnis für abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit runden Ihre selbstständige Arbeitsweise ab
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und CRM-Anwendungen
  • Idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Wohnsitz im Verkaufsgebiet (idealerweise Großraum Berlin)
