Inleiding:

ROCO verenigt de knapste koppen uit de Belgische bouwsector in een consortium bestaande uit BESIX, BESIX Infra, DEME Infra, DEME Dredging, Jan De Nul, Cordeel, Denys, Franki Construct, Willemen Infra en Van Laere.

In opdracht van Lantis voert ROCO het deelproject Rechteroever van de Oosterweelverbinding uit. We sluiten de Antwerpse Ring met de realisatie van de Kanaaltunnels en breken het iconische Viaduct van Merksem af om er een verdiepte Ring aan te leggen die de omgeving transformeert tot een groene, eigentijdse zone. Zo bouwen we mee aan een gezondere, aangenamere stad en regio om in te wonen, werken en op bezoek te komen.

De invulling van deze functie verloopt uitsluitend via de partners binnen het consortium.

Vacatureomschrijving

Het Cost Assurance team van ROCO breidt uit en is daarom op zoek naar verschillende Cost Assurance Analisten.

Jouw missie start vanuit de deelgebieden of vanuit de koepelorganisatie. Je garandeert mee de aantoonbaarheid, rechtmatigheid & marktconformiteit van de te vergoeden kosten binnen het NEC4-contract (New Engineering Contract). Daarbij pak je zaken aan, je jaagt open punten actief na tot ze effectief opgelost zijn. Samen met de Opdrachtgever zetten we sterk in op technologie, waardoor de data-analyses die je uitvoert extra interessant zijn.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je levert inhoudelijke ondersteuning qua analyse en inzichten rond de te vergoeden kosten en vertaalt die naar concrete acties;
  • Je controleert de verantwoordingsstukken van de te vergoeden kosten en jaagt ontbrekende of onvolledige stukken actief na;
  • Je volgt de audits van de Opdrachtgever op, zet de daarbij horende vragen uit in de organisatie;
  • Je gaat in overleg met de Opdrachtgever over opmerkingen of verworpen kosten en zoekt samen naar oplossingen;
  • Je werkt mee aan het uitwerken en optimaliseren van de vereiste procedures en rapporteringen, in samenwerking met Aankoop en Cost Control;
  • Als vertegenwoordiger van Cost Assurance bouw je bruggen tussen teams en stakeholders; vanuit een deelgebied ondersteun je daarbij de CA-SPOC. Je zorgt ervoor dat Cost Assurance consistent wordt meegenomen in besluitvorming en uitvoering;
  • Je verdiept je in de werking van het NEC4-contract.

Functie-eisen

  • Je hebt een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in een economische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • Je hebt enkele jaren relevante werkervaring en brengt de nodige maturiteit en zelfstandigheid mee om complexe dossiers analytisch te benaderen en zelfstandig op te volgen;
  • Je bent sterk analytisch aangelegd, werkt vlot met Excel en data-analyse op grote datasets en kan professioneel communiceren;
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht, pakt zaken aan en jaagt ze na tot ze effectief opgelost zijn;
  • Je kan projectmatig werken, bent gestructureerd en in staat prioriteiten te bepalen en deadlines te respecteren;
  • Je kan goed zelfstandig alsook in team samenwerken;
  • Je bent vloeiend in het Nederlands;
  • Je hebt interesse in de Oosterweelverbinding. Een achtergrond in civiele werken is een pluspunt, maar geen must.
