Inleiding:

ROCO verenigt de knapste koppen uit de Belgische bouwsector in een consortium bestaande uit BESIX, BESIX Infra, DEME Infra, DEME Dredging, Jan De Nul, Cordeel, Denys, Franki Construct, Willemen Infra en Van Laere.

In opdracht van Lantis voert ROCO het deelproject Rechteroever van de Oosterweelverbinding uit. We sluiten de Antwerpse Ring met de realisatie van de Kanaaltunnels en breken het iconische Viaduct van Merksem af om er een verdiepte Ring aan te leggen die de omgeving transformeert tot een groene, eigentijdse zone. Zo bouwen we mee aan een gezondere, aangenamere stad en regio om in te wonen, werken en op bezoek te komen.

De invulling van deze functie verloopt uitsluitend via de partners binnen het consortium.

Vacatureomschrijving

Als controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor het financieel beheer van één van onze deelprojecten binnen de Oosterweelverbinding perceel 3B.

Je analyseert het financiële verloop van je deelproject op basis van de beschikbare data, maar je neemt ook de info die je via de projectleiding vergaart mee op in je analyses en prognoses. Wij vinden het als organisatie belangrijk dat je weet wat er op de werf leeft en je de brug maakt naar de financiële rapportering.

Door de projectleiding en projectdirectie te voorzien van een doordachte en transparante rapportering, geef je hen de nodige instrumenten om de voortgang van het project te bewaken en tijdig te optimaliseren.

Taken:

  • Tijdens de uitvoering van een project behoud je het overzicht op het budget, het verloop van de kosten en de voortgang van de werkzaamheden.
  • Je hebt een continu inzicht in de actuele kost versus de vooropgestelde budgetten en geeft zo aan de projectleiding de nodige inzichten zodat ze hun project succesvol kunnen beheersen.
  • Je doet de nodige voortgangscontroles in samenwerking met de quantity surveyor.
  • Je gebruikt hiervoor inzichtelijke dashboards waarmee zowel directie als projectleiding aan de slag kan.
  • Samen met de projectleiders realiseer je een eindresultaat om fier op te zijn door de opmaak van inzichtelijke prognoses en een adequate cost control.

Functie-eisen

  • Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor of Master diploma in Accountancy, Handelsingenieur of TEW.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en combineert dit met een hands-on aanpak in je communicatie naar de projectleiders.
  • Je neemt een duidelijk standpunt in en weet dit op een duidelijke, overtuigende en gestructureerde wijze te communiceren naar directie en projectleiding.
  • Je bent in staat om het globaal overzicht te behouden zonder de details uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Je bent bereid om de werking van een bouwproject te leren kennen om zo je performance nog een extra boost te geven.
  • Je combineert kantoor met aanwezigheid op de werf.
  • Je bent een teamplayer en kan collega’s motiveren om samen met jou aan de slag te gaan.
  • Je hebt kennis van een ERP-pakket, ervaring met KPD-WIC en/of andere financiële BI-tools zijn een pluspunt.
  • MS Excel kent voor jou geen geheimen.
