Inleiding:

ROCO verenigt de knapste koppen uit de Belgische bouwsector in een consortium bestaande uit BESIX, BESIX Infra, DEME Infra, DEME Dredging, Jan De Nul, Cordeel, Denys, Franki Construct, Willemen Infra en Van Laere.

In opdracht van Lantis voert ROCO het deelproject Rechteroever van de Oosterweelverbinding uit. We sluiten de Antwerpse Ring met de realisatie van de Kanaaltunnels en breken het iconische Viaduct van Merksem af om er een verdiepte Ring aan te leggen die de omgeving transformeert tot een groene, eigentijdse zone. Zo bouwen we mee aan een gezondere, aangenamere stad en regio om in te wonen, werken en op bezoek te komen.

Vacatureomschrijving

Als werkvoorbereider bij ROCO speel je een sleutelrol in de realisatie van de Oosterweelverbinding, een project met ongeziene technische complexiteit en impact. Dit is geen standaard bouwproject. Hier krijg je te maken met innovatieve uitvoeringsmethodes, strakke budgetbewaking en een continu veranderende werfomgeving.

Je toetst technische haalbaarheid, optimaliseert werkmethodes en voorkomt knelpunten nog vóór ze zich voordoen. Zo zorg je ervoor dat het ontwerp vertaald wordt naar een uitvoering. Je schakelt vlot tussen ontwerp, planning en uitvoering en werkt nauw samen met collega-ingenieurs, projectleiders en externe stakeholders. Dit alles in een omgeving waar vooruitdenken, precisie en technische expertise het verschil maken.

Je zorgt voor de technische voorbereiding en uitwerking van uitvoeringsplannen en bewaakt het hele proces van bestelling tot oplevering. Door nauwe samenwerking met interne en externe partijen zorg je voor een efficiënte en veilige uitvoering binnen budget en planning.

Taken:

  • Je analyseert de uitvoerbaarheid en stemt af met ontwerp, uitvoering en leveranciers.
  • Je coördineert de planning, logistiek en materieelkeuze in overleg met de projectleiding.
  • Je vraagt offertes op, beoordeelt ze en draagt bij aan de contractvorming met onderaannemers.
  • Je volgt de uitvoering op, inclusief vorderingen, kosten en administratie.
  • Je werkt mee aan veiligheidsanalyses en -plannen.

Functie-eisen

  • Je bent industrieel of burgerlijk ingenieur bouwkunde of hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je bent een geboren organisator en teamplayer.
  • Je hebt ervaring op minimaal twee projecten in de civiele bouw.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, technisch onderlegd en overziet het grotere geheel.
  • Je bent proactief en besluitvaardig, met een oplossingsgerichte mindset.
  • Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en bent sterk in coördinatie en samenwerking.
  • Je bent flexibel en schakelt snel in een dynamische projectomgeving.
