ROCO verenigt de knapste koppen uit de Belgische bouwsector in een consortium bestaande uit BESIX, BESIX Infra, DEME Infra, DEME Dredging, Jan De Nul, Cordeel, Denys, Willemen Bouw, Willemen Infra en Van Laere.

In opdracht van Lantis voert ROCO het deelproject Rechteroever van de Oosterweelverbinding uit. We sluiten de Antwerpse Ring met de realisatie van de Kanaaltunnels en breken het iconische Viaduct van Merksem af om er een verdiepte Ring aan te leggen die de omgeving transformeert tot een groene, eigentijdse zone. Zo bouwen we mee aan een gezondere, aangenamere stad en regio om in te wonen, werken en op bezoek te komen.

Vacatureomschrijving

Systems Engineering (SE) zorgt ervoor dat complexe projecten op een gestructureerde manier worden aangepakt. In ons geval draait het om fysieke objecten binnen project 3B. Het doel? Een eindproduct maken dat precies voldoet aan de gestelde eisen.

Omdat verschillende teams tegelijkertijd – en soms op verschillende locaties – aan hetzelfde object werken, is het belangrijk om projectinformatie duidelijk vast te leggen. Systems Engineering helpt om deze samenwerking soepel te laten verlopen en ervoor te zorgen dat alle betrokkenen met de juiste informatie werken.

Als Systems Engineer werk je dus als spil midden in het hart van de organisatie. Je maakt de aansluiting en vormt de connectie tussen kwaliteitszorg, ontwerp en techniek. Hierbij maak je gebruik van de verschillende IT-systemen. Je bent de schakel tussen de disciplines en je komt de vele facetten tegen die een complex project kent.

Taken

  • Je helpt aantoonbaar te maken dat ontwerpen en/of realisaties voldoen aan de gestelde eisen.
  • Je werkt mee aan het opstellen van specificaties voor de ontwerpfase, de werkvoorbereiding en/of de uitvoering.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het verifiëren van ontwerpen, werk- en keuringsplannen.
  • Je helpt bij het verder detailleren van de projectstructuren in de databases en vult deze met correcte informatie.
  • Je legt samen met het ontwerpteam de link tussen het ontwerp en Systems Engineering.
  • Je helpt in de werkvoorbereidings- en uitvoeringsfase mee om de SE-principes te bewaken, bijvoorbeeld bij keuringen.
  • Je beoordeelt SE-informatie die wordt aangeleverd door collega’s en onderaannemers en stemt hierover af met de verantwoordelijke SE.
  • Je werkt mee aan de document- en eisenanalyses en legt deze correct vast in Relatics.
  • Je stelt in overleg SE-documenten op (zoals verificatieplannen of keuringsplannen) en helpt mee met het reviewen ervan.

Bevoegdheden

  • Je rapporteert aan de operationeel leidinggevende, functioneel aan de verantwoordelijke SE
  • Je staat in voor het assisteren en faciliteren van de projectorganisatie en de ontwerp-, werkvoorbereiding- en/of uitvoeringteams

Functie-eisen

  • Een eerste relevante werkervaring in Systems Engineering is een must.
  • Het bewaken van het SE proces in relatie tot de andere processen in een managementsysteem kent voor jou geen geheimen.
  • Je hebt het opleidingsniveau Bachelor of hoger.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk met een pragmatische insteek.
