Pay & Earnings

  • Pull in an average of $1,800 to $2,100 weekly during your first year.
  • Guaranteed $1,800 minimum when you hit 2,300 miles for the week.
  • Strong pay rates: $0.63 CPM standard, bumping up to $0.88 CPM on weekends, plus a $0.10/mi production bonus once you clear 2,000 miles a week.
  • $2,500 sign-on bonus just for coming aboard.
  • Multi-tier pay raises that scale up steadily over 7 years.

Routine & Routes

  • Pick your rhythm: 5-day workweek with 2 straight days off (choose Sunday–Thursday, Monday–Friday, or Tuesday–Saturday, plus weekend options if you want to maximize your check).
  • Regional 6-state radius featuring 95% drop-and-hook freight.

Equipment

  • Assigned, late-model Freightliner sleeper cabs hauling reefer trailers loaded with grocery goods.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL and at least 22 years old.
  • Minimum 9 months of tractor-trailer seat time within the last 3 years.
  • Clean record: no more than 3 moving violations and max 1 DOT-preventable accident in the last 3 years.
