The posting

We’re looking for experienced Class A drivers for a dedicated Advance Auto Parts run working right out of Salina, KS. Good money, home every day, modern automatic rigs, and we'll even help you get your hazmat endorsement sorted out if you don't already have it.

Pay & Earnings

  • Pull in around $80,000 a year.
  • Solid pay setup: $0.681 per mile plus $25 for every stop.
  • Direct deposit hits your account every single week.

Schedule & Home Time

  • Pick your rhythm: Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday schedule.
  • Home daily with late afternoon and night rollouts.
  • Steady weekly downtime to kick back.

Routes & Freight

  • Dedicated runs hauling auto parts for Advance Auto Parts.
  • Standard dry van trailers.
  • Driver unload at each stop using a lift gate and an electric pallet jack to make it easy on you.

Equipment

  • Clean, late-model automatic Freightliner day cabs assigned to you.

Job Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL and at least 22 years old.
  • Minimum 9 months of tractor-trailer seat time within the last 3 years.
  • Clean record: no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
  • Max 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the last 3 years.
  • Hazmat endorsement is required, but don't sweat it if you lack it yet—we’ll help you get trained and certified as long as you start the process right when you come on board.
