Als Mitglied unseres Teams der Anmeldung wirst du im direkten Patient:innenkontakt an einem unserer Standorte tätig sein, wobei dich folgende Aufgaben erwarten:

  • Termin- und Patient:innenkoordination: Du organisierst und koordinierst Termine für Patient:innen. Unsere Patientenschaft empfängst, betreust und bereitest du einfühlsam vor.
  • Administrative Untersuchungsvorbereitung: Du bereitest Patient:innen administrativ und untersuchungsgerecht vor
  • Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit unserem medizinisch-technischen Fachpersonal sowie der Ärzteschaft zusammen

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische:r Fachangestellte:r oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im medizinischen Bereich. Auch Quereinsteiger-Bewerbungen sind herzlich willkommen, jedoch setzen wir medizinische Vorkenntnisse voraus
  • Du hast bereits erste Berufserfahrungen im medizinischen Bereich sammeln können
  • Du bringst eine Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst mit (Nacht- und Wochenenddienste sind in diesem Bereich nicht vorhanden)
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit einem interdisziplinären Team aus medizinischem und technischem Fachpersonal
  • Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten und sich schnell an neue Situationen anzupassen
  • Für den täglichen Patient:innenkontakt setzen wir gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift voraus.
