Das erwartet dich

Als Mitglied unseres Teams der Telefonzentrale bist du der erste telefonische Kontakt für unsere Patient:innen sowie unsere zuweisenden Arztpraxen und wirst innerhalb unserer Zentrale Am Marstall tätig sein.

Folgende Tätigkeiten warten auf dich:

  • Termin- und Patient:innenkoordination: Am Telefon betreust du unsere Patient:innen und koordinierst radiologische Untersuchungstermine
  • Administrative Bearbeitung: Du bearbeitest Anfragen von Arztpraxen und weiteren Kooperationspartner:innen und bereitest die Untersuchung administrativ vor
  • Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit unserem medizinischen Fachpersonal zusammen
  • Unterstützung: Flexible Unterstützung unserer Teams in den Anmeldungen der Standorte in Hannover bei Urlaubs- und Krankheitsvertretungen nach entsprechender Einarbeitung

Was dich auszeichnet

Bereit, in unserer Telefonzentrale durchzustarten? Diese Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten machen dich zum Teammitglied:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im medizinischen Bereich, bspw. als Medizinische:r Fachangestellte:r (MFA), Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in oder vergleichbar
  • Medizinische Kenntnisse sowie anatomische Grundkenntnisse setzen wir voraus
  • Du hast bereits erste Berufserfahrungen im medizinischen Bereich sammeln können
  • Dein Verständnis für medizinische Fragestellungen und Untersuchungsindikationen ist gegeben
  • Du bringst eine Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst mit (Nacht- und Wochenenddienste sind in diesem Bereich nicht vorhanden, es handelt sich hierbei um Früh- und Spätdienste)
  • Organisation, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Anwendungen (bspw. Microsoft Office/Outlook) bringst du mit
  • Für den täglichen telefonischen Patient:innenkontakt setzen wir gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift voraus - C1-Sprachlevel.
