Ben jij een HBO-student die graag processen analyseert, structuur aanbrengt en organisaties helpt professionaliseren? Heb je interesse in kwaliteit, veiligheid, duurzaamheid en compliance? Dan is deze stage- of afstudeeropdracht iets voor jou.

Bij Rotary Equipment Service werken we continu aan het verbeteren van onze organisatie. Om te voldoen aan de groeiende eisen van onze klanten willen wij de EcoVadis Sustainability Rating integreren in ons bestaande KAM-managementsysteem (Kwaliteit, Arbo & Milieu).

Wij zoeken een enthousiaste en zelfstandige HBO-student die dit project samen met onze KAM-coördinator vormgeeft en helpt implementeren.

De opdracht

Het doel van deze opdracht is om de eisen van EcoVadis structureel te borgen binnen ons bestaande KAM-managementsysteem. Je onderzoekt welke aanvullingen nodig zijn, ontwikkelt praktische processen en zorgt ervoor dat duurzaamheid, governance, ethiek en compliance onderdeel worden van één integraal managementsysteem.

Hiermee lever je een directe bijdrage aan de verdere professionalisering van onze organisatie én aan het behalen van een sterke EcoVadis-score.

Wat ga je doen?

Tijdens deze stage of afstudeeropdracht ga je onder andere:

  • Een projectplan opstellen met doelstellingen, planning en mijlpalen.
  • De EcoVadis-criteria inventariseren en vertalen naar praktische processen en werkwijzen.
  • Onderzoeken hoe de EcoVadis-thema's aansluiten op ESG-richtlijnen en ISO 26000.
  • Ons huidige KAM-managementsysteem analyseren en bepalen waar uitbreiding of verbetering nodig is.
  • Processen ontwikkelen en documenteren op het gebied van: Governance & Compliance Arbeidsomstandigheden en Mensenrechten Milieu & Sustainability Ethiek en Verantwoord Ondernemen
  • Een uniform documentbeheersysteem opzetten volgens onze KAM-standaarden.
  • Interviews afnemen met collega's en proceseigenaren.
  • Procesbeschrijvingen, werkinstructies en templates opstellen.
  • Verbeteracties uitwerken en ondersteunen bij de implementatie.
  • Jouw bevindingen en adviezen presenteren aan de directie.

Wie zoeken wij?

Daarnaast:

  • Volg je een HBO-opleiding, zoals: (Technische) Bedrijfskunde Integrale Veiligheidskunde Kwaliteitsmanagement KAM Sustainability Milieukunde Of een vergelijkbare opleiding.
  • Werk je gestructureerd en nauwkeurig.
  • Neem je initiatief en kun je zelfstandig werken.
  • Vind je het leuk om processen te analyseren en te optimaliseren.
  • Heb je interesse in managementsystemen, duurzaamheid, kwaliteit of compliance.
