Zorg jij voor een goed “draaiende” fabriek? En heb je een passie voor techniek en innovatie? Als jij alles weet van Rotary Equipment en klaar bent om die kennis in te zetten bij uitdagende projecten, dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Zo houd jij de organisatie draaiend Om een machine soepel te laten lopen, moeten alle details kloppen en dat hoeven we jou niet te vertellen. Je wordt enthousiast van reparatie en maintenance activiteiten aan rotating equipment en gaat hiermee aan de slag in onze werkplaats en bij onze klanten op locatie. Jij bent nauwkeurig en vindt veiligheid en kwaliteit erg belangrijk. Dit zie je terug in de werkzaamheden. Zo ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het signaleren en vervangen van slijtdelen als lagers, keerringen, dichtingen en mechanical seals. Een eerste teken van slijtage gevonden? Jij zorgt gelijk voor een glanzende installatie;
  • Het uitvoeren van complete revisies en onderhoud van machines, zo ben je altijd op de hoogte van de staat van de onderdelen;
  • Het plaatsen van nieuwe componenten als deze worden vervangen;
  • De volledige montage en demontage van de onderdelen in de werkplaats of op locatie bij de klant.

Ben jij de draaiende (eh drijvende) kracht achter de machines?

Jij vindt het belangrijk dat alles goed op elkaar is afgestemd en hebt een sterk technisch inzicht. Door jouw communicatieve skills weet je niet alleen zelfstandig, maar ook in groepsverband goed te werken. Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Jij hebt een mbo-diploma in werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbare technische opleiding en minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring;
  • Je bent bekend met Rotary equipment, zoals pompen. Weet je daarnaast ook je weg te vinden op het gebied van mixers, tandwielkasten en turbines? Dan is dat een pre;
  • Je bent in het bezit van een VCA-vol certificaat of bent bereid deze te halen;
  • Je hebt goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal;
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B.
