Auch als Quereinsteiger mit fundierter handwerklicher Praxiserfahrung im SHK-Bereich sind Sie bei uns herzlich willkommen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Einbringen konkreter Praxisprobleme und Anwendungsfälle aus dem Handwerk (z. B. SHK Installation, Kälte/Klima, Rohrsysteme) in den Produktentstehungsprozess
  • Beschreibung typischer Arbeitsabläufe, Einbausituationen und Baustellenbedingungen als Basis für Projektideen, BODs und Lastenhefte
  • Formulierung und Bewertung von Anforderungen aus Sicht des Handwerkers (Handling, Ergonomie, Geschwindigkeit, Robustheit, Arbeitssicherheit)
  • Durchführungen von Kundenbefragungen in Form von Customer Acceptance Tests (CATs) mit Prototypen und Funktionsmustern
  • Praktische Erprobung von Wettbewerbsprodukten in typischen Anwendungen
  • Dokumentation und Aufbereitung von Test- und Erprobungsergebnissen für das Produktmanagement.
  • Unterstützung bei Produktschulungen, Messen und Kundenveranstaltungen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im SHK-Handwerk, Kälte-Klima-Technik, Rohr-, Kanal- und Industrieservice
  • Idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker
  • Sie bringen fundierte Praxiserfahrung aus dem Handwerk mit und möchten sich beruflich neu orientieren – auch als Quereinsteiger sind Sie bei uns richtig.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Rohrbearbeitungs‑, Installations‑ oder Service‑werkzeugen; idealerweise Erfahrung mit ROTHENBERGER Produkten oder vergleichbaren Systemen
  • Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Versuchen/Testreihen oder in der praktischen Erprobung neuer Werkzeuge und Arbeitsmethoden wünschenswert
  • Anwendungssichere MS‑Office‑Kenntnisse
  • Gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind von Vorteil
  • Hohe Affinität zu technischen Produkten und Freude am „Selbst‑Ausprobieren“ von Werkzeugen und Maschinen
  • Offene und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit, sicher im Umgang mit Kunden, Monteuren und internen Schnittstellen
  • Hohes Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität sowie Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen (internationalen) Außeneinsätzen (Baustellen, Kundentermine, Messen)
  • Mehrjährige praktische Berufserfahrung im Handwerk
  • Ausgeprägte Praxisorientierung und Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse der Handwerker
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit pragmatischem Lösungsansatz
