Ihre Aufgaben

  • Beratung und Unterstützung des Arbeitgebers und der Führungskräfte in Fragen des Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzes
  • Ermittlung und Beurteilung der Arbeitsbedingungen und -gefahren für Beschäftigte
  • Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung, Dokumentation und Aktualisierung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen (Arbeitsplätze, Tätigkeiten, Gefahrstoffe)
  • Erstellung und Pflege von betriebsspezifischen Betriebsanweisungen
  • Empfehlung präventiver Maßnahmen zur Verhinderung von Arbeitsunfällen und Berufskrankheiten
  • Beratung bei Auswahl, Beschaffung und Einsatz von technischen Arbeitsmitteln und -stoffen sowie bei der Gestaltung von Arbeitsstätten und -abläufen
  • Überprüfung von Betriebsanlagen, Arbeitsmitteln und Arbeitsverfahren auf technische Sicherheit
  • Regelmäßige Begehungen der Arbeitsstätten, Kontrolle von Maschinen, Anlagen und Arbeitsverfahren zur Einhaltung der Rechtsvorschriften
  • Untersuchung von Unfällen und Beinaheunfällen, Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Vermeidung Abstellen von Ursachen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen (insbesondere den Vorgesetzten) und externen Stakeholdern
  • Planung und Durchführung von Unterweisungen und Schulungen im betrieblichen Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz
  • Dokumentation: Erstellung und Fortschreibung der Brandschutzordnung (Teile A, B, C)
  • Gefahrenanalyse: Beurteilung von Brandgefährdungen an Arbeitsplätzen und Ermittlung von Brand- und Explosionsgefahren
  • Begehungen: Regelmäßige Brandschutzbegehungen durchführen und Mängel dokumentieren
  • Abstellen von Ursachen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen (insbesondere den Vorgesetzten) und externen Stakeholdern

Ihr Profil

  • Gute Fachkenntnisse im Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz sowie in der Umsetzung gesetzlicher Sicherheitsvorgaben
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen für Arbeitsplätze, Tätigkeiten und Gefahrstoffe
  • Sichere Kenntnisse in der Durchführung von Sicherheits- und Brandschutzbegehungen sowie der Dokumentation von Maßnahmen
  • Erfahrung in der Untersuchung von Arbeitsunfällen und Beinaheunfällen sowie in der Ableitung präventiver Maßnahmen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Betriebsanweisungen und sicherheitsrelevanten Dokumentationen
  • Erfahrung in der Planung und Durchführung von Unterweisungen und Schulungen im Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz
  • Sicherer Umgang mit sicherheitstechnischen, hygienischen und ergonomischen Anforderungen im betrieblichen Umfeld
  • Gute Kenntnisse relevanter Vorschriften und Regelwerke, insbesondere ArbSchG, BetrSichV, GefStoffV und DGUV-Vorschriften
