Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Konzernrechnungslegung
  • Planung, Steuerung, Überwachung und aktive Mitgestaltung bei der Aufstellung des Konzernjahresabschlusses
  • Stellvertretende Leitung des Shared Service Center Finanzen DACH
  • Unterstützung bei der Aufstellung und Überwachung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse der Muttergesellschaft
  • Weiterentwicklung und Überwachung der Einhaltung konzerninterner Richtlinien zur Rechnungslegung
  • Bearbeitung strategischer und operativer Fachthemen und Projekte im Bereich Finanzen/Rechnungswesen
  • Dokumentation und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen im Bereich Finanzen/Rechnungswesen
  • Unterstützung bei konzerninternen Kostenverrechnungen
  • Kontierung und periodengerechte Verbuchung von Geschäftsvorfällen sowie deren Prüfung auf rechnerische und umsatzsteuerliche Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit
  • Erstellung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen für die Organträgerin
  • Betreuung der kurz- und langfristigen Darlehen inklusive Zinsberechnung und Verbuchung
  • Abstimmung von Lieferanten-, Kunden- und Sachkonten
  • Fachliche Führung im Rahmen von strategischen und operativen Fachthemen sowie Projekten

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen (5+ Jahre)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS- Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP
  • Kenntnisse in DATEV
  • Kenntnisse in Infor (MIS) wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Flexibilität sowie Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • Fachliche Führungserfahrung, disziplinarische Führungserfahrung erforderlich
