Allgemeines

In dieser Position spielen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle für das weitere Wachstum von RUKO in den Niederlanden. Sie werden bestehende Kundenbeziehungen weiter ausbauen, neue Partnerschaften knüpfen und unsere Position auf dem Markt für hochwertige Präzisionswerkzeuge stärken. Diese Position ist auf den niederländischen Markt ausgerichtet und erfordert eine starke lokale Präsenz in den Niederlanden.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kunden und Handelspartner in den Niederlanden
  • Aktive Akquise neuer Händler und Vertriebspartner
  • Aufbau langfristiger Beziehungen zu technischen Großhändlern, Fachhändlern und industriellen Endkunden
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebskonzepten auf Basis der Kunden- und Marktbedürfnisse
  • Verantwortung für das Erreichen von Umsatz- und Absatzzielen
  • Kontinuierliche Beobachtung von Marktentwicklungen, Wettbewerb und Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
  • Stärkung der Marktposition von RUKO auf dem niederländischen Markt
  • Durchführung von Produktvorführungen, Schulungen und Präsentationen für Händler und Endkunden
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen innerhalb der internationalen Organisation

Ihr Profil

  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in einer kaufmännischen Außendienstfunktion, vorzugsweise in einem technischen B2B Umfeld
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Weiterentwicklung von Kunden- und Händlernetzwerken
  • Hervorragende Beherrschung der niederländischen Sprache (Muttersprachniveau)
  • Gute Englisch- oder Deutschkenntnisse sind eine zwingende Voraussetzung für eine optimale Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der internationalen Organisation
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Erfahrung in der Zerspanungs-, Metallverarbeitungs- oder technischen Industrie ist von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen innerhalb der Niederlande
  • Wohnsitz in den Niederlanden oder ein klarer beruflicher Fokus auf den niederländischen Markt
