Au sein du département méthodes et rattaché au leader du pôle, vous pilotez, coordonnez et optimisez les procédés de fabrication dans le respect des exigences sécurité, qualité, délais et performance.

Vous assurez une participation active à l'industrialisation des nouveaux produits et à l'expertise générale des procédés de votre périmètre.

🔧 Vos missions ⚙️

  • Préconiser et justifier les choix des procédés
  • Établir le plan de montée en maturité industrielle produit/procédé et moyen, assurer le pilotage de la validation industrielle conduisant à la validation des paramètres procédés et de leurs limites
  • Établir et maintenir les grilles de maturité industrielles MRL (Manufacturing Readiness Level)
  • Rédiger les cahiers des charges des outillages et assurer leur mise en service en collaboration avec les techniciens méthodes
  • Identifier les KCP (Paramètres clefs procédés), leurs limites de surveillance et s’assurer de leur prise en compte dans les dossiers de fabrication
  • Participer aux revues de modélisation du dossier d’exécution et définir la modélisation standard de son procédé avec le technicien méthodes
  • Assurer la validation des procédés spéciaux et leur renouvellement
  • Réaliser les AMDEC procédés et piloter les actions résultantes
  • Rédiger les cahiers des charges et la mise en service des nouveaux moyens
  • Créer les gammes de l’ERP de son périmètre et les maintenir à jour
  • Assurer la maîtrise des coûts RC et NRC et prendre les mesures correctives ou préventives (procédé, investissement, projets Lean, mise à jour des temps gammes)
  • Mener des chantiers d'amélioration continue: DMAIC, 5S, VSM, SMED, ergonomie
  • Piloter les revues des cartes de contrôle et mettre en œuvre des actions d'amélioration
  • Participer à la rédaction des Dossiers de Validation Industrielle
  • Participer au RETEX technique: note de synthèse de fabrication et de qualification des procédés
  • Être l’interface qualité pour le traitement des fiches d’évènement, des RPO (Résolution de Problèmes Opérationnels), 8D et le traitement des alarmes
