Sous la responsabilité hiérarchique du Directeur des Opérations du site et à partir des objectifs fixés par le Plan Directeur de Production, le Responsable Supply Chain planifie l'ensemble de la chaine logistique dans le respect des règles, normes et processus internes.

Il pilote le service regroupant les fonctions de coordination pilotage des flux, d'approvisionnements, de magasinage, de livraison et d'inspection des matières premières et du contrôle dimensionnel des pièces à réception.

🔧 Vos missions ⚙️

Garantir que la planification des activités de son site soit en cohérence avec les objectifs de livraison interne/externe.

- Vérifier le bon positionnement des articles directeurs au PDP engageant le service

- S'assurer que la charge est planifiée de manière à répondre au besoin client de façon réaliste

- Garantir la bonne prise en compte des risques d’approvisionnement ou risques internes dans la planification PDP pour assurer un PDP réaliste.

- Mettre en place les conditions de tenue et de stabilité du PDP (s'assurer de la bonne coordination inter-site et des interfaces entre les différentes équipes logistiques et production)

- S'engager sur la tenue des objectifs actés en réunion PDP

Garantir la bonne exécution des activités de planification et d’approvisionnement dans le respect du PDP.

- Vérifier que l’analyse des recommandations du CBN (calcul des besoins nets), tant sur le plan des ordres proposés que des messages de planification, est respectée (du lancement OF/OA jusqu’à la livraison finale)

- Vérifier la coordination des priorités décidées avec les ateliers et les approvisionnements

- Vérifier la cohérence des paramètres de planification des fiches articles dans l’ERP (politique d’approvisionnement, stock consigné, stock de sécurité, regroupement des besoins)

- Suivre hebdomadairement l’avancement du Programme Directeur de Production

- Vérifier que les engagements fournisseurs sont respectés

Garantir la livraison des produits dans le respect des procédures.

Garantir la bonne gestion du magasin.
