Rattaché au Responsable du Service Assurance Qualité Fournisseurs au sein de la Direction Qualité France, le Référent Industrialisation Qualité Fournisseurs s’assure de l’application d’une méthode structurée de planification de la qualité pour le développement des procédés de fabrication « bon du premier coup » chez les fournisseurs.

En outre, il participe au pilotage de l’industrialisation des articles achetés et sous traités sur sa famille de procédés afin de répondre aux exigences du dossier de définition Produit, conformément aux attentes de « l’équipe opérationnelle » (équipe projet).

🔧 Vos missions ⚙️

  • Activités industrialisation : o Contribuer aux choix industriels permettant de garantir la conformité au dossier de définition o Respecter les objectifs de coûts et de délais o S’assurer de la cohérence des dossiers de fabrication des articles achetés et sous-traités dans le logiciel « Product Life Management » (PLM) o Piloter, en collaboration avec le service Industrialisation, la qualification des procédés au travers de la réalisation des Dossiers de Validation Industrielle (DVI) o Surveiller les dérives des procédés chez les fournisseurs : cartes de contrôle, capabilité, AMDEC, … o S’assurer de la bonne application de la démarche APQP dès les premières phases de développement Activités Assurance Qualité Fournisseurs : o Participer aux commissions de choix fournisseurs o S’assurer de la prise en compte de nos Clauses Qualité Générales (CQG) par notre panel fournisseurs o Être référent au sein de l’Assurance Qualité Fournisseurs des dossiers DVI afin d’en contrôler la conformité o Proposer des axes d’amélioration permettant de réduire les coûts de non-qualité des fournisseurs, o Proposer un contrôle d’entrée optimisé (choix CQUAL/CDIM/CPREL), documentation fournisseurs au juste besoin, o Apporter son expertise technique lors des réunions internes (RPO, équipes opérationnelles…) ainsi qu’aux réunions externes (audits, revues chez les fournisseurs…) en cas de faits techniques ou à titre préventif o Assurer les comptes-rendus d’activités auprès des clients internes Contribuer à la diminution du nombre de faits techniques récurrents (Fiches d’Évènements / Dérogations Fournisseurs / Réclamations Fournisseurs).
