The posting

Buscamos um(a) Especialista Looker para atuar no time de Produtos, sendo responsável pela sustentação, administração e evolução da plataforma Looker.

Essa pessoa terá papel fundamental na construção e manutenção de modelos semânticos, views e dashboards complexos utilizando LookML, garantindo padronização, reutilização de código e consistência das informações disponibilizadas para as áreas de negócio.

O desafio envolve também a administração da plataforma, gestão de acessos, monitoramento de performance e otimização de consultas, trabalhando em parceria com as equipes de Engenharia de Dados para garantir eficiência, confiabilidade e qualidade dos dados.

Responsabilidades e Atribuições:

  • Monitorar a saúde das instâncias do Looker, acompanhando disponibilidade, desempenho e utilização da plataforma.
  • Gerenciar permissões de acesso e garantir a correta administração dos usuários e grupos.
  • Monitorar e otimizar a performance das consultas, evitando custos excessivos de processamento.
  • Criar, manter e evoluir modelos, views e dashboards complexos utilizando LookML.
  • Desenvolver estruturas reutilizáveis, garantindo padronização de código e uma única fonte da verdade para os indicadores e métricas de negócio.
  • Diagnosticar e corrigir falhas em modelos de dados, problemas de relacionamentos (joins) e lentidão em dashboards críticos.
  • Validar a integridade e consistência dos dados disponibilizados na plataforma, garantindo que as regras de negócio estejam corretamente representadas nas dimensões e medidas.
  • Colaborar com os profissionais de Engenharia de Dados para otimizar tabelas e estruturas no Data Warehouse, especialmente em BigQuery e Snowflake. Identificar oportunidades de melhoria na arquitetura dos modelos e nas consultas, considerando desempenho, escalabilidade e consumo de recursos.
  • Automatizar tarefas e integrações utilizando a API do Looker.
  • Trabalhar com versionamento de código utilizando Git, incluindo gerenciamento de branches e fluxos de Pull Requests no ambiente de desenvolvimento do Looker.
  • Apoiar a evolução e a sustentação do ambiente analítico, garantindo confiabilidade e eficiência para as áreas consumidoras.
  • Ensino superior completo em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas. Experiência sólida com Looker e desenvolvimento de soluções utilizando LookML.
  • Domínio avançado de LookML, incluindo Refinements, Extends, Persistent Derived Tables (PDTs) e Liquid.
  • Conhecimento avançado de SQL, com capacidade de desenvolver consultas complexas e otimizar seu desempenho e consumo de recursos.
  • Experiência com Git e fluxos de versionamento de código, incluindo branches e Pull Requests no ambiente de desenvolvimento do Looker.
  • Conhecimento da API do Looker para automação de atividades e integração da plataforma com outras ferramentas.
  • Experiência com modelagem de dados, desenvolvimento de views e construção de dashboards complexos.
  • Capacidade de diagnosticar problemas de performance, inconsistências de dados e falhas em relacionamentos entre tabelas.
  • Conhecimento de Data Warehouse e experiência com ambientes como BigQuery e/ou Snowflake.

  • Experiência no setor bancário ou em instituições financeiras.
  • Conhecimento de métricas e indicadores financeiros.
  • Familiaridade com requisitos de conformidade regulatória.
  • Conhecimento de segurança de dados e aplicação da LGPD no setor financeiro.
