Experiência atuando como especialista técnico, desenvolvedor sênior ou líder técnico em projetos complexos e multidisciplinares. Vivência em colaboração com arquitetos de soluções, Product Owners, engenheiros de dados, equipes de segurança e stakeholders globais. Experiência avançada em Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), incluindo: Experience Data Model (XDM); Schemas; Datasets; Data Ingestion; Identities; Real-Time Customer Profile; Audience Management; Destinations; Data Governance. Experiência no desenvolvimento de integrações utilizando: APIs; SDKs; Conectores; Ingestão Batch; Ingestão Streaming. Conhecimento em Adobe Real-Time CDP. Experiência em pelo menos uma solução complementar Adobe, como: Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO); Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). Conhecimento de arquitetura de dados de clientes (Customer Data Platforms). Entendimento de resolução de identidade, privacidade, consentimento, governança e qualidade de dados. Capacidade de elaborar documentação técnica, mapeamentos de dados, especificações de interfaces e troubleshooting. Experiência com Git e práticas modernas de versionamento. Conhecimento em testes, controle de releases e processos de entrega contínua. Diferenciais Experiência com: Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO); Customer Journey Analytics (CJA); Adobe Analytics; Adobe Experience Manager (AEM); Marketo Engage. Conhecimento em: SQL; JavaScript; REST APIs; ETL/ELT; Plataformas de dados em nuvem; Arquiteturas orientadas a eventos; CI/CD. Experiência em ambientes globais, regulados ou de grande porte. Certificações Adobe relacionadas a: Adobe Experience Platform (AEP); Real-Time CDP; Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). Principais Atividades: Liderar o desenho técnico e a implementação de soluções utilizando Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). Configurar e desenvolver componentes relacionados a modelagem de dados, ingestão, identidades, perfis de clientes, audiências e ativações. Desenvolver integrações entre AEP e sistemas corporativos, plataformas de marketing, analytics e canais de ativação utilizando APIs, conectores, processamento batch e streaming. Traduzir requisitos de negócio, segurança, privacidade, performance e dados em especificações técnicas e soluções escaláveis. Definir e aplicar padrões para: XDM (Experience Data Model); Schemas; Datasets; Namespaces; Resolução de identidade; Gestão de perfis; Governança e qualidade dos dados; Monitoramento e tratamento de erros. Apoiar arquitetos e líderes técnicos na análise de dependências, definição de arquitetura e resolução de problemas complexos. Realizar revisões técnicas e orientar desenvolvedores de níveis júnior e pleno. Participar de code reviews, testes, documentações técnicas e processos de implantação entre ambientes de desenvolvimento, homologação e produção. Garantir boas práticas de integração, segurança, privacidade, observabilidade e qualidade das entregas. Colaborar com equipes globais e stakeholders localizados nos Estados Unidos.
