VOLhighspeed – Dein Internet aus Vorarlberg. Als regionaler Internetprovider verbinden wir seit Jahren Menschen, Unternehmen und Gemeinden mit zuverlässigem Internet, TV und Telefonie. Zur Verstärkung unseres Technik-Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen engagierten IT-Netzwerktechniker (m/w/d), der mit uns gemeinsam die digitale Zukunft Vorarlbergs gestaltet.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aufbau, Konfiguration und Wartung von Netzwerkkomponenten
  • Entstörung und Fehleranalyse im Access- sowie im Backbone-Netz
  • Inbetriebnahme von Internet-Anschlüssen bei Privat- und Geschäftskunden
  • Unterstützung beim Ausbau und der laufenden Optimierung unserer Infrastruktur
  • Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Kundensupport und externen Partnern
  • Bereitschaftsdienst im Wechsel mit dem Technik-Team

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im IT-/Netzwerkbereich (z. B. HTL, Lehre, FH)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Netzwerktechnik (Routing, Switching, VLAN, IPv4/IPv6)
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Cisco Systemen von Vorteil
  • Eigenverantwortliche, lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein B
