Deine Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Infrastrukturen bei unseren Kunden vor Ort und remote
  • Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten (z. B. Server, Netzwerk, Security, Cloud)
  • Analyse und Lösung komplexer technischer Probleme
  • Fachliche Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Kunden im Tagesgeschäft
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen und Projektteams

Das bringst du mit

  • Mehrjährige, praktische Berufserfahrung im IT-Infrastrukturbereich
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Windows Server, Virtualisierung, Netzwerktechnologien, Microsoft 365
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Führerschein B
