Mit VOL.AT+ bauen wir unser Paid-Content-Angebot weiter aus – mit exklusivem Lokaljournalismus und einem klaren Fokus auf starke Abonnentenbeziehungen. Dafür suchen wir eine Person mit Gespür für Geschichten, Zahlenverständnis und dem Ziel, Journalismus als nachhaltiges Geschäftsmodell weiterzuentwickeln.

Deine Aufgaben

Als Senior Channel Lead für VOL.AT+ entwickelst du unser Paid-Content-Angebot strategisch und operativ weiter - mit klarem Blick auf Inhalte, Performance und Wachstum.

  • Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des Paid-Content-Bereichs für VOL.AT+
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Redaktionsteams
  • Analyse von Performance-Daten und Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen
  • Optimierung von Headlines, Teasern und Content-Formaten mit Fokus auf Conversion
  • Aktives Einbringen von Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung des Geschäftsmodells
  • Nutzung moderner Tools und KI-Anwendungen zur Effizienzsteigerung

  • Mehrjährige redaktionelle Erfahrung (mind. 3 Jahre)
  • Starkes journalistisches Gespür für relevante Themen und wirkungsvolle Inhalte
  • Echte Datenaffinität Kilkaya, Google Analytics — du liest Dashboards und leitest Maßnahmen ab
  • Digitale Affinität sowie aktiver Umgang mit KI-Tools im Arbeitsalltag
