The posting

På Sabis Mat & Prat på Skandia Lindhagen, serverar vi varje dag lunchbuffé till cirka 600 gäster. Vi driver restaurang, café, cateringverksamhet, representationsmatsalar och erbjuder servicetjänster inom ramen för Worklife Hospitality. Våra gäster är medarbetare i huset samt deras besökare – och vårt mål är att alla ska känna sig sedda, välkomna och nöjda.

Om rollen

Vill du arbeta i en miljö där mat, service och omtanke står i centrum – och samtidigt ha ett socialt och varierat uppdrag med stort ansvar? Som catering- och gästmatsalsansvarig är du operativ och arbetar nära både gäster och teamet. Du ansvarar för våra cateringleveranser i huset, planerar beställningar, organiserar inför event och stöttar i den dagliga lunchserveringen.

Du samarbetar tätt med köket och andra funktioner i huset och ser till att alla delar av verksamheten håller en hög servicenivå. Rollen innebär även visst administrativt arbete.

Tjänsten är på heltid och arbetstiden är främst förlagd till vardagar under dagtid, men kvällsarbete kan förekomma vid event eller högt tryck. Tillträde sker i oktober 2026 eller enligt överenskommelse.

Din profil

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet från servicebranschen, gärna minst fem år, och som är trygg i servering. Du är van att ta ansvar, har god organisationsförmåga och trivs med att arbeta i team. Att möta gäster och ge service i toppklass faller sig naturligt för dig, och du har ett gott öga för detaljer.

Som person är du glad, lösningsorienterad och har lätt för att skapa relationer – både med gäster och kollegor. Du är strukturerad, ser vad som behöver göras och är inte rädd för att kavla upp ärmarna när det behövs.
