The posting

På Sabis Mat & Prat, Skandia Lindhagen, serverar vi varje dag lunchbuffé till cirka 600 gäster. Vi driver restaurang, café, cateringverksamhet, representationsmatsalar och erbjuder servicetjänster inom ramen för Worklife Hospitality. Våra gäster är medarbetare i huset samt deras besökare – och vårt mål är att alla ska känna sig sedda, välkomna och nöjda.

Om rollen

Vill du arbeta i en social och fartfylld restaurangmiljö där gästen alltid står i centrum? Vi söker nu en engagerad restaurangmedarbetare till vårt team på Skandia Mat & Prat!

Hos oss blir du en del av ett team på cirka 10 personer och arbetar tillsammans med restaurangchef Lena Adolfsson. Vi söker dig som trivs när det är högt tempo, tycker om att ge god service och som gärna bidrar till att restaurangen är välkomnande, ren och trivsam för våra gäster.

Som restaurangmedarbetare är du en viktig del av den dagliga driften. Dina arbetsuppgifter består bland annat av att:

  • Förbereda och ställa i ordning restaurangen inför lunchserveringen.
  • Ta hand om våra gäster och ge god service under lunchen.
  • Plocka disk och hålla restaurangen ren, snygg och välkomnande.
  • Ta hand om restaurangen efter lunch och säkerställa att allt är i ordning inför nästa dag.

Rollen passar dig som gillar att vara där det händer, är lösningsorienterad och inte räds att hugga i där det behövs.

Din profil

Vi söker dig som:

  • Har några års erfarenhet av arbete inom restaurang.
  • Är glad, positiv och serviceinriktad.
  • Är stresstålig och trivs med ett högt arbetstempo.
  • Har god fysik och tycker om ett arbete där du är aktiv under arbetsdagen.
  • Är en lagspelare som bidrar till en positiv stämning i teamet.

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet från större lunchrestauranger eller liknande verksamhet.

Ansökan

Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på 50 % (20 timmar/vecka), med möjlighet till fler timmar. Arbetstiden är huvudsakligen måndag–fredag, men kvällsarbete kan förekomma.
